After the fireworks on the 4th in Alamo we climbed in the car and drove through the night for wedding of Josh Harman. They are a great family that became our family while we lived in Alaka. We arrived in Bountiful around 5:00am and thankfully were able to find a hotel where we could catch a few hours of sleep before the 10:00 sealing. Amazingly enough the kids slept until 8:30 (I think that it was all the prayers Travis offered as he was exiting I-25).
What a beautiful wedding and it was so amazing to see everyone. We were able to see Jessica and Tyler Mitchell (our backyard neighbors who have since moved to Arizona), Tisha and Ryan Saunders (living in San Diego), and the Jerue's (living also in Arizona). It was a bit of an Alaska reunion. What a great time and my boys couldn't stop talking about how much they loved seeing everyone. It was well worth the loss of sleep!
