Snow fort

I know that I am still back in December and this is all very boring for everyone, but I really have to just bite the bullet and get it done. I have sworn to myself that it will be current by the end of the week.

Just after Brett's birthday there was another major snow storm and the boys really wanted to go outside and play. When they get stir crazy they just get destructive, so I was more than happy to get them bundled up so we could go outside. I, for some reason, decided that instead of just making Billy 2 we needed to build a snow fort. I forgot that I have a 4 and 3 year old that are really eager to help but really not much help and a toddler that pretty much HATES the snow. So as you can see from the picture we did get it done. The snow from the front and back yard was pretty much gone, but the snow fort stayed around for a couple of days and they had a really great time playing in it. Brett really didn't care for it and would've preferred that his mom pay attention to him. I am so bad though when I really want to just get something done I let my kids cry for a while. I know that my neighbors probably think that I am the worst person on earth, but oh well.

All in all a great day outside and the kids loved it.
